Univresity cheated...what to do ?

Dear Sir,
A private university of meghalaya engage in degree scam. Chancellor , register all were arrested.
Case went to till Supreme Court .In judgment Supreme Court ordered all degree illegal and ordered
“ The students whose admissions and degrees were declared illegal may also make representation to the State Government and seek an opportunity of hearing from it. The request made by them shall be sympathetically considered by the State Government.”
I send representation and Govt call for hearing , I attain hearing , show and submit attested document of all university document
A leading news paper published that the university has been dissolved and
all degree declare invalid
In this situation what to do
1)Can we challenge the govt and go to court to validate our degree ? ( we are more than 7000 student)
2)OR simple file for compensation ?
3)Is there any way to validate our degree?
Willing the degree was given off-campus by university , university does not disclosed that they have no power go provide
degree off-campus.Now the student are victim

Information came that all degree made invalid and affidafit...submitted to supreme court , but due to election Govt have not officially announces.
Thousand of student future....will be lost....
