Unnecessary objections by court

the lower courts and its offices are taking unnecessary objections touching the merits of the case while numbering the suits. Suggest me the authorities to shut down their mouths and got the suits numbered simply

Citations are not required in such matters rather make a complaint to the duty civil judge or registrar of the court in writing so that appropriate guidelines may be issued by him to the concered staff and if no such action is initiated, obtain information under RTI Act concerning the rules vide which such objections are being raised.

The concerned Staff will inform you the Objections raised, and upon clearing those Objection, the numbering will be done without delay.
