10 years ago a piece of land was transferred to me as a form of loan repayment. But I could not register it due to some reasons. Now the previous owner has filed a case against me claiming that land

the court granted the land to me on the condition that I get it registered.

Hello,

The case is filed so you have to fight out the case. You should have all the proof about the loan and land transaction to defend the case.
