uploading of judgements by consumer forums

Now a days most of the consumer forums uploads judgements on the site.
Does that mean that judgements not uploaded in the respective sites are not declared?
or only important judgements are uploaded?

Dear Mr.Mahendrakumar,
Getting the judgements uploaded is a policy matter meant for the convenience of the net users but that does not means that the consumer forum/commissions are obliged to upload all the judgements and only the uploaded judgements means the declared judgements. To my mind it is the duty of the litigants to make themselves aware about the proceedings of their case/s.
