Hi, If he has married the other girl without resolving marriage with you, he has committed an offense which is punishable under law and his second marriage is not valid in the eyes of law. Go to nearest police station and and lodge and FIR under proper sections of IPC, CrPC, DP Act and Harassment of Women Act 2011. You can consult a lawyer for the same.

Your marriage still in force mean you can lodge a police complaint against your husband. But you not clear about it. Whether your marriage dissolved or not? And no neede to worry about your child custody. Court will not allow him to take your child custody. As a mother you have good chances to succeed your case.

I do agree with all experts. Every expert has suggested more or less here to you. It is better to engage a local lawyer and follow his advice as all these advices are common and your lawyer also know all these things. Try to make faith in your lawyer.
