Urgent advice needed.

(Querist) 02 February 2012 This query is : Resolved
One of my friend has 2 birth certificates ( one is date of birth as 23.05.1990 and another one is 23.11.1990. In all certificates other than passport date of birth is 23.05.1990 but in passport it is 23.11.1990. While submitting passport for renewal they denied to renew because of the aforesaid issue. He wants to cancel that 2nd Birth certificate (i.e 23.11.1990) What he has to do? pls advice.

he can approached VAO or Tahsidhar or Collector, or otherwise he approach court.

He have to make an application to that effect to the Executive Magixtrate along with an affidavit and all the documentary evidence - (in maharashtra Tahsildar is the esecutive magistrate)
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 02 February 2012
No need to get cancellation of his subsequent wrongly issued certificate rather he should use only genuine certificate for all purposes. The latter shall automatically get cancelled due to your own act and conduct.

How you became successful in getting tow birth certificates? How did you manipulated the perse admissible and confidential record of Govt.?

1-He can use the Correct Date of Birth Certificate only

2-How Second entry is made /Certificate is issued

3-There can not be two events of births of same person-the second / or /one other entry is totally wrong / one entry is only correct - other wrong entry shall be removed form Public Records/ of Registrar of Births and Deaths - otherwise it may create problems !
