Take a search warrant from the jurisdictional court and go with the police and take charge of the thing with the due process of law i.e. with the consent of the Magistrate.

Even there is no need to get search warrant for such purpose as the right of the wife to visit and collect her belongings do not extinguish even after filing case by her against her husband and in-laws. Better to avail the service of Protection officer.
