Give details of your query.
There is no specific law or rule on that point as yet.
Though the age of the suit or that of the litigant may sometime taken into account.

normally all the cases which is transferred to fast track court are disposed off as quickly as possible. no unnecessary hearings.
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 28 August 2011
fast track courts were earlier being financially supported by the Central Govt., now from this year the Center has withdrawn such support...so a few states have discontinued with the step.

most of the times these courts were doing no good...

much depends upon the facts of your case and as Mr. Barman said facts like age of the litigant are also considered for quick disposal of the matter.

i agree with Mr. kiran kumar.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 28 August 2011
It depends upon facts of the case or seriousness of the case to refer any matter to FTC.

I can't feel any difference between fast track court and district judge. Here whats the procedure mean the fast track courts are doing as competent court of district judge's power..

I agree with the views of Expert, Kiran Kumar.
