Hi Experts,
I need sample/formet of application u/s 27 of HMA,plz do it on priority basis i need it very urgent.kindly also guide me to which court I should file this application,petition u/s 9 of HMA pending where my client is respondent wife.

in the same court ADJ(Civil) can be filed where HMA IS LISTED UNDER SECTION 9 OF HMA
