Wife can claim PF and gratuity only after death of the husband while in service.

What you wanted to ask here?? There will be no issue if you are ready to maintain your wife and child.

You said you filed a divorce case. is teh case still pending or divorce has been granted?? If granted what the order says about maintentance??

Mr. Deepak,

Shreya the author is the wife. Only that I have written in the third person to maintain an emotional distance while writing. The divorce proceedings are still going on. Would you now have something to suggest on my posting. If it is too vague, the fault is in my writing skills.

Regards

Trying to be more specific :

Can wife asks the particulars of the account in minor's name which husband opened three years back...?

What other steps wife should take in view of his leaving the job ?

What steps in view of the possibility that husband may change his place of residence without intimating wife of the address?

What steps to take in view of the possibility that husband may go abroad , wife does not have his pass port particulars ?

1. she may ask.

2. She should know the means of income of her husband so that she may demand adequate share thereto.

3. Should closely watch his activities through some reliable person.

4. She may get stay order from the court in this regard.
