Hello People

I have purchased site in bangalore east in may.
1]How much time it take to get paheny including on internet display.

2]After getting, what are the documents I should collect from agent

3] If it takes longer, then can I get copy of Saledeed and EC from registration office

4] How much expense can for getting copy of sale deed and ec and what are the application forms to be filled

Please help, as Im feeling that Im beeing fooled on this.

1. It depends upon circumstances and working efficiency of concerned officials.

2. Patta pass-book, Pahany, NEC.

3. Without issuance of Pahany, the registrar shall not issue you EC but you can get sale deed.

4. Sale-deed might have been executed so no extra expenses are expected.
