Make a complaint to the Superintendent of DMHO of your district and copy it to the health minister and MCI.

If you have evidence for his malpractice you may lodge a complaint with local police and with the MCI also simultaneously.

Evidence witness can be given by one clerical person who was looking after the work of this eye surgeon but now he is no longer working with him and in such a situation can he (this person who worked with eye surgeon) file complaint in the interest of public the patients
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 30 May 2024
He can file a PIL provided he has substantial evidence to prove his allegations.
Simply an eye witness will not be sufficient to conduct the case, hence it is pertinent that he has to possess documentary evidences to prove the malpractice
P. Venu (Expert) 04 June 2024
What has allegedly happened or has been happening is a criminal wrongdoing, a cognizable offence. Any person having reliable information can lodge FIR. It is for the Police to investigate and take further action.

The information is with the employee who has been removed by the doctor as he became adamant to what he was doing. Can this employee file complaint with material evidence.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 10 June 2024
If the employee has substantial documentary evidences to prove that the doctir is involved in such malpractice, let him approach law enforcement agencies for proper action against the erring doctor.
