How Chennai courts look at a case where a victim's state of mind was altered (to obtain power of attorney) by utilising mandravathi's services and mandravathi provided drinks to the victim? No direct evidence to prove but during the same timeframe, the same agent prepared a forged document (from the same principal for a different property);also there are many other documentary evidences to prove that the agent willfully misled the principal and cheated.

The principal of the Auttorny can be revoke the POA at any time. no need to go to court in this regards, but the information/declaration of dissolution of GPA or POA is mendatory.

You should lodge FIR as it is offence to take some one's signature using force full means of any nature.
Revoke the power of attorney at once and publish the fact in news paper as NO NEED IS THERE TO GO TO COURT FOR CANCELLATION OF A POA.
IN CASE IT IS REGISTERED ,REVOCATION ALSO NEEDS REGISTRATION.
