Use of national emblem on visiting card..

Sir,
I M Class-2 officer at Gujarat State Secretriate.(not in heads of department)
which is the highest administrative authority of the State...
Now, my say is that..i m going to make my own visiting card as a officer...
can i use a national emblem on my visiting card..?

No. You cannot use National Emblem on your visiting card even though being in official capacity.

National embelm can not be displayed for private purpose.
There is difference between displaying national flag and national emblem which is most solemn in its display or use.
