Can I use a banner ad in which I can show that other brands are selling the same product which I am selling it at less price.
That means I will show in the banner that we are selling the products sold by "X" brand at cheaper price.

You can do so but do not expressly mention the other band name.Make it in a camouflage manner.

It depends on whether you are a wholesaler, retailer, franchisee and the business arrangement with the brand owners.

It simple.
A is the retailer of huge products
B is also a retailer of huge products(me).
Can B use in his ad that I'm selling those products cheaper than A.
That means can I mentioned the name of the retailer A in my advertisement who is selling costlier than me ?
Please answer this, its very urgent for me?

This appears to be a cut throat competition or undercutting in business terms which is not advisable and it may even lead to litigation. Better do not venture into such open issues, as experts advised, you may use a camouflaged method to handle such issues.

Simply you can give Ad "Our Product is comparatively cheaper than other similar quality products available in the market"
