Is there any separate Hindu Marriage Act for Uttar Pradesh differing to that of the central act?, you mean an amendment by UP?, please visit a library of your local court's bar association and get a copy to read.

It may be UP Hindu marriage registration act. search through google or purchase from book shop.

Yes I too have a similar opinion, it may be UP state Hindu Marriage registration act, this can be clarified from a nearby registrar office.

Hindu Marriage act, 1955 is a central act and not UP (State) Act.

There is a dozen of relevant questions: -
(i) how the marriage got registered fraudulently?
(ii) how it could be registered without your participation in registration?
(iii) are you also a party to fraud and expecting not to be tried under IPC.
(iv) Whether marriage at all took place or not?
(v) When and where the Marriage was solemnized?
(vi) When and where registration took place?
(vii) When you knew the registration is fraudulent?
(viii) Whether this GYAN came to you before or after registration?
(ix ) What did you do on knowing that registration is fraudulent?
(x) whether other details are correctly mentioned in the certificate?
(xi) whether your objection is to marriage or to the registration?
(xii) whether there is any matrimonial discord?
