Dear Sir,
Kindly clarify the following doubts
1.Which one superior whether sale deed with Parent document & Patta?
2.Suppose a person has got the patta of another person's land (who has the Sale Deed & actual owner)by wrongly in his name, what are the remedies to get the patta in the land owner name?
3.Whether the Patta holder can be treated as the land owner even he has not got the Sale Deed & also the parent document?

Dear Sir,
Actually a land bearing S.No.653 (2 Acre and 37 Cents) was bought from Mr.Raman by Mr.Perumal in 1965 in the state of Tamil Nadu.Unfortunately another one person Mr.Chelladurai got the patta for the 37 cents.Since he has purchased the next one to the S.No.653.Actually this mistake has been done by the Registering authority.Because they mistakenly mentioned the S.No. & prepare the patta without basic document(sale deed). At present Mr.Perumal have the Sale deed for 2 Acre & 37 Cents But got the patta only for 2 Acre. But Chelladurai got the patta for 37 cents without basic document.
Now what is the procedure to get the patta in the name of perumal?
Is there any chance to get the without filing case?
Please clarify the above
