While experts are right, additionally no suit can be filed before the chief judicial magistrate irrespective of fact of any pendency or no pendency any where.

how can we imagine your cases??

First of all SUIT can be filed only in CIVIL COURT, and not ion JMFC
Only Complaint can be lodged , of Criminal nature.
District Court have both Civil & Cri Juri.

SO EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN?? as Mr. barman rightly told " we are no god"
