A document stamped by way of franking is as good as a document bearing an adhesive stamp. Rather, a franked document is more reliable than that affixed with an adhesive stamp, as a paper stamp can be a duplicate one, but not a franked on duly franked by the sealed franking machine dye, as duly set by the licensing department. You may not forget the Telagi fraud case in duplicated judical stamp papers.
