Validity of judgments/orders unreportable downloaded from supremecourt website for citation in hc

Pl let me know if unreported judgements downloaded from Supreme Court website can be used for citation in high court ,do we need affidavit or have to mention web page link

Usually, the printout is acceptable, as one can verify with party name, case no. date judges.
