Dear Experts,
I have been fighting against ACB in a corruption case.The charges have been filed and along with the Charge sheet,they have furnished My DEPT letters/other such documents (Selectively)to prove my complicity in the Crime.
Now,I am in need of many others of My DEPT letters and documents to counter the allegation but they are all with My Department.I intend to get these documents by RTI. Now My question to the eminent experts is as follows;
1.Are RTI replies considered valid documentary evidence?
2.Is it necessary that the person concerned/defendant should have received these RTIs directly in his name in order to be admissible in court.
3.Or is it possible that i can pray the Hon'ble court to direct my DEPT to furnish the documents,i need, directly to me or to the Court?
Thanking you.

1. Yes, if those are duly proved by getting comparison with the original documents. There is no perse admissibility of such documents.
2. Reply has already been given.
3. You can very well resort this process so as to avoid much expenses and harassment.
