Value of suit

In civil suit the suit is undervalued by plaintiff ,the case in is junior judge court,i am the defendant,the suit is in trial stage -
1- pl. advice can i the defendant make a application to dismiss the case.
2- can i state this court has no jurisdiction to try this case.

Have taken this in your written statement? If you taken then file an application to raise the preliminary issue that suit is undervalued and this court has no pecuniary jurisdiction. If it is framed then you will have to lead your evidence by producing the documents of the other properties which are recently sold in your locality to show the present market value of the property
