Please confirm the address of the office from where the VAT and CST registration can be applied.

I stay in Dwarka New Delhi. ( would appreciate the nearest location)

Dear Virendra it is immaterial that where are you staying the important thing is that from where you are going to start your business for getting VAT & CST registration? If you are going to start your business in Delhi then you have to apply for VAT & CST registration in Delhi Commercial Tax department at ITO.
