Verification of bank statement

Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for home loan to DHFL.they sanctioned my loan but at the end they said your bank verification got negative hence we not disburse your loan, you give us your original passbook so we can disburse your loan.after that i said i don't want loan from your bank so give me my processing fees (Rs.16000/-)return.They agree for the same but now they said we not return your processing fees as you canceled your loan from your side.Please give me suggestion

processing fees are non refundable

In case, if the bank, have rejects your loan application, after taking process fees, they should have to return back the same to you. But here, you have voluntarily withdrawn from your own, the bank wont return back the processing charges.so the bank is right.

Processing charges if loan is not sanctioned may be returned as per bank policy, generally it is not refund in full in such cases also. When the loan is sanctioned and the applicant does not prefer to take loan after sanction, processing fee is not refundable.
