Victims of fradulent closure of vijaya krishna mact society limited

(Querist) 06 September 2011 This query is : Resolved
I am Ajaya Kumar Tata, ACA. I along with my family members invested amounts in the Fixed Deposits, Cumulative Deposits, Recurring Deposits and even on promissory notes for the development of business with "VIJAYA KRISHNA MUTUALLY AIDED CO-OPERATIVE THRIFT SOCIETY LIMITED" with Registration number AMC/KNA/DCO/98/2 with Registered Office "GAJAVALLI MANSIONS, # 11-14-5, VELEGALETIVARI STREET, OPP. S.B.I., VIJAYWADA - 520 001".

Along with us there are almost 7,728 members who are the victims of this MACT Society. Today 05-09-2011 all the four directors are arrested and they are behind the bars. One among the directors is a Chartered Accountant who is in practice since 1976 and involved in this Finance Fraud. Among the members aroung 170 members gave complaint in the police station along with xerox copies of the deposit receipts and bounced cheques issued by the above society. The police attached all these to the F.I.R. and filed the case with court.

My request for help is :
1. For whom in the State and Central, we members post a complaint.
2. What action, we members take on them through court.
3. What action, we members take on the personal assets of the directors and his relatives.
4. What action, we members take on the Chartered Accountant.

Please help us by letting me know about the above quires along with postal address and the format of letters to be written to the officials. Please also refer me any case laws in the supreme court, high court, income tax laws if any.

Please do the needful.

You all immediately should file a petition before High Court seeking immediate appointment of liquidator and entire properties of company as well as of those directors in his hands and to distribute proportionately to all debtors as per law. You also make complaint to RBI.

Thank you raj kumar sir.
I also request you how to write a complaint to RBI i.e., whats the format and what should be the content in the letter and to which address shall we post this complaint.
I also had a doubt whether any fee will be charged by the lawyers for filing a petition before high court to appointment of liquidator?
