Unless you display the contents of the CD, that will be of no use. you have to make arrangement for CD Player and TV or other suitable gadget like laptop or computer.

You draw the attention of the Court to the preliminary evidence filed by you and seek permission to play it in the Court. The Hon'ble Chennai High Court viewed the entire film of Kamal Hasan"s "Dhasavatharam" before on suit alleging story theft before passing orders therein.

You need to draw the attention of the Court, to the preliminary evidence filed by you, seek permission to play it before the judge, in the Court.
Unless and until you play the contents of the CD, that will be waste. you need to make arrangement such as, for CD Player and TV or other suitable device like LAPTOP or COMPUTER.
The Hon'ble Chennai High Court viewed the entire film of Kamal Hasan"s "Dhasavatharam" before on suit alleging story theft before passing orders therein.
