Branch Incharge who is not a direct Boss harassing the employee(male)
i.e. checking bags, checking mails, calling on leave days and pestering for business, Suspecting tour bills.
All the above fall under violation of rights or invasion of privacy or both.
Employee willing file plaint to the higher authorities.

This is not called breach of privacy, may be a strict boss.
Change the organisation which seems to be a private one.

It is within the Organisation, and Br. Incharge must be authorised to do all these as part of his duties.
You may talk to higher authority about it, and if they disagree, you are free to leave the job.

Confidence and trust in the private sector are commanded and not demanded. may such authority not be immediate boss but still he is branch head and you are working in that branch so he might be authorized to do whatever you have mentioned in the query but if he is violating his limits then approach to higher authorities and settle the issue otherwise no protection of law in such matters is available.
