Visitation right :some issue

Guest (Querist) 06 September 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear Expart,
--------------------------------------
Child Custody ACT-8
---------------------------------------
I have got visitation right of my son of 2.5 years at nutral place after a long 1.5 years battle.
when judge declare nutral place , and ask what nutral place ,
both lawer decide 1st & 3rd saturday at court and 2nd & 4th saturday at lawers chamber. we submit joint pettition on
this above.Nothing about money was written any where .

After the order , now my lawer told me it would cost like
1)2 days in court*750=1500
2)2 days in chamber*2000=4000
----------------------
Total =5500/per month

we have not told him to have with us each day.with consulting another lawer we denied court date visition fees.
But he told that we have to give chamber fess (4000/per month) is a must, we was never told earlier.

My question is

1)As we have moved with joint pettion is it possible to change from lawer chamber to another place ?
2)If yes.what are the other place that we can ask for?
3)Can i ask for police station or temple?
4)They have remove name of grand parents ,grand mother from the pettion of visitation ,as the main pettion filed by father ?
how to move that grand mother & grand father can acess also.

you have visitation rights after lengthy battle . if you are using the lawyers chambers then he will charge you . police station is not conducive place for visits .you need a place wherein there will be zero disturbance . hence temple is also ruled out .

Thanks you mr...sethi ji...
you answer "hence temple is also ruled out"
means...temple is possible or not ?

please suggest any alternative place

i told you that you need a place where there is peace and tranquility . in temple there will be many visitors . hence advised against the temple .

A temple can be considered a neutral place, every place selected may have some plus and minus points. You may choose some alternate place like some garden or tourist spot. No risk in any place till the drama is not created from either side.

Better have 1-2 months visit through present costly method and after at an agreed place.

I do agree with Rajender Goyal.
