A girl married to boy 1 year ago as court registered marriage and never stayed with him even for a single day as girl have already made statment at police station that she wasn't mentally prepared for this how much time it may take for annulment as girl wants to Marry someone else

Statement at police station has no relevant. As per section 12 HMA, if the consent of petitioner or respondent has been taken under pressure, fraud or undue influence, he or she can file a petition for annulment. Since you went and registered your marriage, presumption of force, fraud o undue influence is ruled out. Therefore annulment does not seem possible until you have something else. One more way could be petition for annulment as wel as divorce seeking relief in alternative.
