What part of CPC relates to Voluntary Statements during cross examination ...Can one give voluntary statements freely during his cross examination

My case is in the Respondents Evidence stage where i am a respondent ...

During my cross examination i was asked by the court to bring certain documents of which i had given photo copy earlier as an evidence ...

During my next hearing when i provide the documents as asked by the court, can i give a statement ( otherwise or voluntary ) along with the documents that i will be providing...

in cross examination you are required only to answer the questions raised by complainant advocate or by the judge
you will be given an opportunity to raise your defence after complainant evidence is closed . at that stage you can lead evidence and have your statement recorded

in cross you have to answer. you have oppourtunity further after evidence closes

The Answer is you can do so only when on your prayer court agrees to recall you for further examination in chief.
