what is the proceedure to get vrs in a nationalised bank. are there any grounds to reject vrs applied by bank employee by a nationalised bank.

Each Bank has its own rules and procedures, terms and conditions. When you are talking about VRS with reference to any particular bank (i.e. the bank in which you work), you have to obtain the complete scheme and study it. In the said VRScheme, everything would have been specified - whether once an employee applies for VRS it is compulsory for the management to accept it or to reject it and if rejection is possible then without assigning reason or after assigning reason etc. So go through the VR Scheme of your bank which you are referring to.
