i have file a WP in 2012 in dharwad high court. after followup my lawyer he gave me below reply "Due to shortage of judges the b group matters are not been heard there is a news that new judges will be appointed by end of January 2018 thereafter the matters will be heard will keep u posted regarding the progress" 6 years have been passed. now what will happen? pls reply

The pendency of cases in High Courts, especially Writs are pending indefinitely and it could not be predicted when disposed.No solution in sight.

you have to consult with your Learned Advocate, and ask him to writ to the Registrar of the Hon'ble High Court, regarding the same.
