Want to buy immovable property in other's name.

DEAR EXPERTS ,
WITH DUE REGARD I WANT TO ASK ONE THING.MY FRIEND HAVE DISPUTE WITH HER HUSBAND AND SHE IS IN HER HUSBAND'S HOUSE WITH RESIDENCE ORDER AND THE CASE IS GOING ON IN THE CJM COURT.SHE IS EARNING AND WANT TO BUY A FLAT SO THAT HER DAUGHTERS CAN HAVE A PROPERTY AFTER HER AS DEATH.HER HUSBAND IS IN RELATIONSHIP WITH A UNMARRIED COLLEGE GIRL.BOTH OF MY FRIEND AND HER HUSBAND HAS NOT APPLIED FOR DIVORCE YET.
IF SHE BUYS THE PROPERTY IN HER SISTER /NEPHEW OR BIL'S NAME WHAT STEPS SHOULD BE TAKEN AS PRECAUTION SO THAT THEY CAN NOT CLAIM THE PROERTY IN FUTURE?

let your friend advance loan for buying flat . the agreement should menton that if sister fails to repay loan with interest within ______period flat will be transferred in your friend name

IF SHE BUYS THE PROPERTY IN HER SISTER /NEPHEW OR BIL'S NAME

Answer: She can't do such transaction. it prohibited under the benami transaction prohibition act 1988.

However, She can purchase property in the name of her daughter.

if she buys property in her daughter's name will she loose the right to shared household?or in maintenence(case going on)?

She is not entitled to get maintenance because she is working, irrespective of fact that property purchase in the name of daughter.
