Want to finalised car theft claim case

I have purchaed a used car in march 2012 and it has stolen in july 2012 in this period the R C has been transfer in my name but not insurance policy in this case what is the process that i ca get claim inmy favour. pls guide me

u purchased the car . but not insurance.

insurance co not liable to pay you.

the insurance policy of the car must be in your name . then only you cna lodge claim regarding theft of the vehicle
