Dear Sir ,
Need some details on property tax , how to make sure of exact property tax breakup per individual as per law , secondly post society registration and property tax final payment what is the format of name change is allowed

Your query is confusing. Any how if you want to pay the property tax, you have to pay upon inquiry with government officials. To change the name of the property tax holder then need to show sufficient sale deed or documents so that change can be effected.

What i mean is that we have formed our society - registered it without support from the builder now we have gone ahead and paid the final property tax , now we are requesting the authourities to give us individual breakup of the PT bills in individual members name they say we have to pay up about 8000 per member for getting this bill in individual names
we feel this is harresment from the authourity . we would want to know the official amt in new mumbai Turbe section

property tax is collected by the local municipal authority and it assess by the revenue department of concern state and it depends upon the value of property .
