HI RESPECTED SIR,

MY QUERY ARE BELOW:-
i AM LIVING IN DELHI . IN OUR COLONY SOME PEOPLE REGISTERED RWA(RESIDENT WELFARE ASSOCIATION) IN 2001. NOW AFTER 10 YEARS THEY DO NOT DO ANY THING ABOUT COLONY.... AND ALSO NOT INCLUDE ANY PEOPLE IN THEIR BODY....... SO WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO GET OR ISSUED NOTICE TO THEM

Dear Sunil
RWA is not a Govt. Body it is only private body and RWA works through bye-laws and constitution of the RWA, if there is any term and condition in the constitution or bye-laws, you can go for it.

You can complain to registrar of societies about the irregularities of RWA and ask for election.

What is the composition of RWA?

The other people in the colony can form a new RWA and get it registered. If the RWA is registered, you can complain to the registrar.
