Want to meet my grandson?

Sir,"X" commit suicide in 2010 in his house as he was in depression due to the mentle/physical torture by her wife as she use to allege him by making false complaints of dowry and domestic violence in police station. Now wife of "X" is not permitting her Children (6 year & 11 years old) to meet them to their Grandfather and other family members. Can the parents of "X" have any legal right to meet his grandson ?

Yes they can seek visiting rights from the court.

Hmmm,

Grandchildren has right to visitation, but courts are generally reluctant to grant long visitation and just give token visitation.
