Water Leakage in Flat

I have been staying in the flat since 2003 (re built under Mhada SRA scheme). I’m facing the leakage problem since day one. I have already submitted complaint application to the committee members but was no reply & unfortunately there are no copies kept with me. Last I had submitted the application in 2008 & committee gave me a written reply that builder is ready to do the leakage work. Two years have been passed but till date no appropriate action has been taken to solve the leakage problem & they have done the same repair work in other flats. Again I have submitted reminder letter to committee members on 2nd February 2010 with copy of application letter of 2008 along with their revert/acknowledgement letter copy. Please let me know how I can get this repair work done.

You file a complant before the consumer court aginst the builder.
