Weekly off rule

hello,
Can a company in India put Sunday holiday as loss of pay, if i have taken 3 holidays two as sick leave and one as loss of pay?
is it compulsory to work for at least 4 days in a week to get a weekly Sunday off?

Dear querist, it is to me, an employee in an organisation/company shall work at least 48 hours in a week and he shall get weekly off. So if you apply for leave in working days, 3 days leave will be deducted or if you apply for two days leave and on weekly off, only 2 days will be counted.
