Hi Devajyoti,

Thank for this new information, because I have not get any information from lawyersclubindia regarding query category, and I think it's open forum and here we can discus any type of academic or professional query.

As a matter of principle and of more or less unanimous decision we the experts here have stopped replying the academic/ professional queries.

You can post it in the forum instead of experts portal. There also some experts participate in the discussions. The best thing is go to the website in the net and read the material.

Appeal is used for any grievances raised before appellate authority against the assessment made by the Assessing Authority or before Tribunal against any order of first appellate authority. Revision is used for the revision of assessment order of assessing authority by higher executive authority like commissioner. Review is made by the same authority to review his order on the application of assessee or Department.

Though an academic query, expert Mr.R.K.Jain has given a proper reply,I agree with his views.

It would have been more appropriate to seek guidance from your tutor for this question which is not a query.
