Time and again I have been mentioning about how harassed husbands are at a loss on all counts.
They have to bear the brunt of the erring wives.
Shell out huge amount of maintanance.
Be thrashed by the laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarge hearted judges.
These are the hard facts prevailing.
Now, even the persons fighting for the cause of harassed husbands have also BEEN FORCED TO toe the same line. THEY HAVE ALSO BEEN VICTIMS OF THE CURRENT SHOCKING JUDGES AND MATRIMONIAL LAWS.
Here is a fresh CASE wherein such a tragic incident has happened.

Although anonymous queries don't call for any response or help. But on your query, just ask yourself, when you have not stated any background and the present status of your own case, on what ground you expect any solution or help from the experts on your vague query and call for help, "ANY SOLUTION? ANY WAY OUT? PLEASE HELP THE CAUSE OF THE HARASSED HUSBANDS.
Rather, this is a great tragedy that you have asked the solution and way out without discussing anything about the case. Even if you want help and way out for the man of the story that also requires full background. However, there is no solution or way out to the fine already imposed on that person.
Moreover, do you feel that the man of the story referred to by you approached the right forum for amendment of relevant law in question he put in the PIL. Of course his cause was good, but his approach to the HC was quite wrong for which he was slapped hefty fine of Rs. one lakh.
So, forget about the story. In your own case, unless you desribe your own problem, is there any logic in putting such a vague test question?
However, if you really have any matrimonial problem with you and your own lawyer is not proving of any help to you, I may advise you to Contact some well experienced lawyer, show him your documents, discuss thoroughly about the background and get the desired solution/ help.
