what after fir under section 307

(Querist) 11 July 2016 This query is : Resolved
I had filed an fir under section 307 and 341 against two accused persons. Now I came to know that their trial has started and they have appeared in court on two dates but no communication has been sent to me from court. What should be the future course of action for me to ensure they get convicted. Should I seek a lawyer in this matter?

Do not worry. When trial commences you will receive summons to depose. However to keep track on the ongoing in court you can appoint an advocate.

Thank you very much!

Mr. Rakesh,

Why worry, your job is over on filing an FIR. Now let police do its own job. You will need to act only when you receive summons to depose before the court. If you are so eager to know everything in advance, just hire an advocate to keep track of the proceeding and for getting consultation.

You would be called for evidence before the court when required.

Victim if think fit may engage a lawyer from his side also otherwise public prosecutor would appear from prosecution side.
