What are the procedure of court hearing???

Dear Sir/Madam,
As i am suspecting 498a against me and my family members, i just wanted to know what are the procedures of court hearing after AB.
1) How much duration normally court gives between one and another hearing?
2) Can i extend the hearing?
3) How much years take normally to finalize 498a case by court?
4) Is it possible me to let the case be continue in court by hearings for long time?
5) Can i continue my private company job in Bangalore?
6) If i get marry again to have a family and children, then another case shall be put against me. Is this badly affect the current case? Can this be continue in court for long time?
The court is in Orissa, India.
My wife is already in her parents house and i don't want she should come back to me by any means as she is cruel to me.
But i want a family and children as i am only one son of my parents and my mother is no more. My father is also of 67 years old.
Please suggest me in addition as well.

2)by application showing reasonable cause.
3) 3 to 5 years.
4)may be.
5)yes.
6)you can not remarry till a decree of divorce is not passed in your favor.And if you do your second marriage would not only be illegal and void but also you can be charged of an other offence of bigamy at the instance of your first wife.

I completely agree with the advice of prabhakar singh and want to add that try to reconcile with your wife instead of thinking second marriage. Who knows her behaviour shall not be more cruel than your current wife?

Now question regarding worst case.

1) If i shall be proved guilty in 498a, what is the max imprisonment period and min imprisonment period?
I tried to reconcile with her since one month and she is telling from beginning that, she shall come back to me if we both sign legal agreement. This agreement shall contain husband shall keep wife happy and vice-versa. And she told, she shall not keep relation with my father and other family members after she came back. She also want to do job even after we became parenthood also. All these things showing that we can't continue a normal family in future with so many conditions. And who knows after coming back she may try to do something and i shall again face law.
2) I wanted to know, what are the consequences for me and my family members, if any legal agreement shall be singed by both of us?
