What are the ways of Selling of property

I just want to know is there any way by which a person can transfer property to an unrelated person through power of attorney or by not paying stamp duty.riven

No you can't transfer immoveable propery to unrelated person without paying stamp duty. You can transfer immoveable property by executing registered sale deed.riven

Yes. there is only one way to transfer the ownership of immovable property in favour of any unrelated person if you transfer it with him and market value of both is same otherwise the opinion of Adinath is correct.riven
