What Happened if Husband is Stuck on Divorce?
Boy is on Bail for 498 & DV act
Court will supposed to deny him for divorce due to Women favoring laws and insufficient proof.
But he is not ready to take her back anyway.He don't want her in any condition. He isfed of of this.
He is ready to pay maintenance instead.
He is working in Company. what will be the maintenance (approx number) if his salary is 11000 /- per month. Parents and one younger brother is dependent on him.

It depends on the mind of the Judge but it should not be more than Rs 3000/-.
The husband can file divorce and if he proves mental cruelty meeted out to him then he would certainly get divorce.

Once file 498, you signed a irrevocable POWER to break the house, break matrimonial relationship.
You jail, he get bail what remain with you, A TAIL, of maintenance.
Think twice before jumping in a well of 498.

I am dead against those filing 498. It invariably break H-W relationship. It break house.
Tell me frankly, do you experience it as on today or not?? Pl reply.

I'm Boy's friend.
He is apprehensive about divorce. If court would deny him divorce then how could he will live with her.... who send him into jail.
He have no enough proofs to prove her cruelty. Like
She & her father threats him so separate parents.========>Now they unconditionally ready to live with parents
About her sexual incorporation. ======>Now she tells that she was co-operated with him.
All become hopeless for him. We seeing him like vegetable. We are supporting him only but ...
