Hello Sir, in a case accused of cheating Honorable Court has granted bail with condition that the accused as to attend the local police station on every second and fourth Tuesday respectively until charge sheet is filled. What has to be the next procedure because accused has been forcibly pulled in this case.

Since case has been started he will have to face trial.

@Doab! This is not the stage of getting acquittal. The author being accused is feeling discomfort to mark his presence on alternate Tuesday in concerned police station.
Get the modification of such order if police is not in a position to conclude the investigation in near future.
