Dear Sir,
I completed my law inthe year 2010, and practising in law courts from 2010. at present i am able to represent before the lower courts without any problem, but i do not know how to file or present a plaint,or file a fresh petition. (Drafting knowledge i want to learn). Sir, iam very much interested in this field and i want to come as senior lawyer, Please suggest me,about the future in legal profeesion and what to take to strengthen my career. ie. CIVIL, CRIMINAL, NDPCS, CYBER CRIME, IPRS, etc.

when you dont have any cases attend courts . listen to arguments in various cases .

It is better to join senior advocate, you will learn everything, how to draft the plaint, how to present etc., A good senior advocate is just like library

I thank everyone who replied.
Sir, already iam working with advocate and because of him, now iam able to represent before the court without fear. But he gives the cases to another advocate, who prepare the plaint, wrtn stmt, or any applications and give back to us, where even iam not able to meet that advocate, and after we file it before court and start the proceedings. whether, can i join who is specialised in a particular fied, because i would like be specialised in one field. Eg. CYBER Crime, CRIMINAL etc. Please help me sir.
