Hi,

I have recently started a business under IT services provider, i have dealing in multiple service through online, I have taken all the services through the service provider and resell all the services to my clients.

Now, I want to know What kind of terms and conditions should be mentioned on my invoice which is i am issuing to our client/customer after providing the services and collect the payment.

What is the standard terms and condition as per legal way.

Please help me with your valuable support and suggestion.

1) service tax/Pan no.
2) can write bank details
3) payment term, otherwise interest chargeable
4) jurisdiction place
5) If TDS Deducted, then party has to furnish tds certificate.
