hello experts my qurey is that
1 indrabhai (grandmother)
2 shailesh(my younger brother)
3 aashish(me)
indirabhai has given a power of attorney to shailesh on this doucments shailesh has sale a property on 100rs stamp to me and indirabhai is dead and me has gone in civil court for give me sale deed register can shailesh and me can compromise in court
