What is the parents protection measure ?

respected sir,
my brother have done marriage against parents wish but after some time my parents accepted them and now want that my brother and his wife live with us in our home, but the problem is parent of his wife is not ready at all . so if my parents take them home and after that if something happen wid the girl because futer is unknown, then his parents will definately sue us and they will have a stong grounds.
so in this situation how can i protect me and my parent?

If your entire family is ready to adopt your sister in law happily then the question of anticipated mis-happening do not arise. there is no other precaution then the mutual trust in family.

There is no preventive measure in case the wife wish to file criminal case. The parents can nevertheless lodge complaint of there is any torture perpetrated against them and on this basis even case can be proceeded with.

better let your brother and his wife stay in rented place near your parents residence for some time

Execute MOU , signed by both parent side & all family members of h-w.
to the effect that each one will not harm any of them, and in case of any dispute, will be resolved amicably in pr of 2 local respectable persons.
In case of any injury or damages to any, all are liable.
They will safeguard happiness, safety of both the families

None can anticipate about any situation. Trust and faith is the only base to live happily in a family life rather to make and execute agreements or MOUs.
